Hong Kong: Thai Hut

IMG_17222

On a particularly debaucherous evening out in Hong Kong, our host took us out to Wan Chai to give us a peek at the seedier side of town. Its probably pretty telling that above all the working girls and over the top everything, we saw there, the thing that I really remember is Thai Hut.

Catering to the ladies of the neighborhood, many of whom are Thai or otherwise Southeast Asian, Thai Hut is a small fast food spot open late into the night and serving all sorts of deliciousness.

We just got a couple sausages, which were sweet and grilled and awesome, but I was fascinated by all the other stuff on display that I totally wish I could have spent time exploring.
