In The Kitchen: Ropa Vieja
Back at home, braising season had definitely gotten to me. In case you couldn't tell from the lamb chili and the pork shank soup, here's another example: Ropa Vieja.
I've got no commentary here. The recipe was from Epicurious and I'd recommend it.
